# VoxyDocs > VoxyDocs is a UK-first medical wallet and emergency-readiness platform. Patients keep a verified record (medicines, allergies, conditions, contacts) and share a read-only emergency profile via permanent QR codes, NFC tags, wallet cards or the phone PWA. Care providers run organisation workspaces with caregiver rotas, scoped invites and audit-friendly trails. Operated by Gen2Z LTD. VoxyDocs is the canonical brand name: one word, capital V and D. It is not "Voxy AI", not "Voxy Docs" as a generic document product, and not Google Docs. The official website is https://voxydocs.com/. VoxyDocs is built for UK GDPR principles (data minimisation, patient control, audit logs). The same emergency link can live behind a sticker, NFC tag or wallet card so responders can scan or tap when a phone is not available. Nothing critical is published until the patient has reviewed and approved AI-extracted fields. Authenticated workspaces are excluded from indexing. ## Key facts - Product: UK medical wallet with emergency QR and NFC handoff - Brand spelling: VoxyDocs - Canonical domain: https://voxydocs.com/ - Operator: Gen2Z LTD (England and Wales) - Audience: UK patients, families, caregivers and care organisations (clinics, home care, care homes) - Support: admin@voxydocs.com - Sign up: https://voxydocs.com/auth/a5-signup - Pricing: Free for core patient flows; paid features may apply to organisation workspaces ## What VoxyDocs is VoxyDocs is a patient-controlled health record and emergency profile for the UK. It turns confirmed medical information into a readable emergency wallet that can be opened from QR codes, NFC tags, printed stickers, wallet cards or the installed PWA. It is especially useful when a responder needs allergies, medicines, conditions, blood type, GP details, or trusted contacts quickly. ## What VoxyDocs is not VoxyDocs is not a general note-taking app, not Google Docs, and not a voice assistant brand. It uses AI features only to help structure patient documents after consent; the live emergency profile remains patient-reviewed and controlled. ## Marketing pages - [Home / overview](https://voxydocs.com/): Hero, features, QR + NFC explainer, how it works, security, FAQ - [About VoxyDocs](https://voxydocs.com/about-us): Mission, audience, privacy stance, contact - [Contact](https://voxydocs.com/contact-us): Support email and contact form for UK enquiries - [Plans](https://voxydocs.com/plans): Individual, family and organisation pricing, including the 4 week organisation pilot - [How it works](https://voxydocs.com/how-it-works): Step by step QR and NFC emergency medical information workflow for care providers and families - [Families](https://voxydocs.com/families): Family plan for loved ones, including the £9.99 yearly emergency profile and NFC sticker - [Validation](https://voxydocs.com/validation): Clinical endorsement, pilot partner validation, ICO registration, compliance and health innovation recognition - [For organisations](https://voxydocs.com/organisations): Clinics and care providers - workflows, pilots - [Organisation workspaces](https://voxydocs.com/organisations/workspaces): Deep-dive on rota, invites, audit - [Organisation signup](https://voxydocs.com/organisations/signup): Register a workspace - [Blogs](https://voxydocs.com/blogs): VoxyDocs articles on UK emergency readiness, care home safety and healthcare information access - [Care home problem article](https://voxydocs.com/blog/care-home-problems-voxydocs-fixing): Explains current care home information access problems and how VoxyDocs fixes them - [Medication error article](https://voxydocs.com/blog/medication-error-crisis-uk-care-homes): Explains UK care home medication error data and emergency information access - [Developer hub](https://voxydocs.com/developerhub): Internal scaffold map (non-canonical) ## Policies (UK GDPR aligned) - [Policies hub](https://voxydocs.com/policies): Central index for all legal documents - [Privacy policy](https://voxydocs.com/privacy-policy): How personal data is processed - [Terms and conditions](https://voxydocs.com/terms-and-conditions): General terms for all users - [Acceptable use](https://voxydocs.com/acceptable-use-policy): Security and prohibited behaviour - [Cookie policy](https://voxydocs.com/cookie-policy): Cookies and similar technologies - [Organisation customer terms](https://voxydocs.com/organisation-customer-terms): Extra terms for organisation workspaces ## Sign in and account - [Sign in](https://voxydocs.com/auth/a3-login) - [Sign up](https://voxydocs.com/auth/a5-signup) - [Auth landing](https://voxydocs.com/auth/a2-landing) ## Research - [Survey hub](https://voxydocs.com/survey) - [Survey: healthcare professionals](https://voxydocs.com/survey/professional) - [Survey: patients and carers](https://voxydocs.com/survey/public) ## Out of scope for crawling Patient (`/patient/*`), caregiver (`/caregiver/*`), organisation (`/org/*`), elder (`/elder/*`), admin, onboarding, consent and `/phase3/*` routes are authenticated workspaces and excluded from indexing in robots.txt. ## Frequently asked - **How does the emergency QR work?** A permanent link is encoded into a printed QR or NFC tag. When scanned/tapped it opens a read-only emergency page with allergies, medicines and contacts that the patient has explicitly enabled. The patient can rotate or revoke the link from the app. - **Is a phone needed?** No. The same link works behind stickers on helmets, keys, bags, school kit, wallet cards, and NFC wristbands. Anyone with a phone can scan or tap. - **Is patient data verified?** Yes. AI-extracted fields from uploaded documents only enter the live emergency profile after the patient confirms. - **Where is data stored?** Encrypted storage with strict row-level security policies. Exact residency and subprocessors are documented in the privacy policy. - **What happens if my phone is lost?** Emergency QR and NFC surfaces still point to the live profile until the user rotates or revokes them after recovering account access.
